No Returns (Hygiene Policy)

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund, depending on the situation

Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Product has been used
  • Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
